Due to the never-ending blizzard, tonight's Astronomy Club Holiday Party on the Tower has been cancelled. I apologise for letting my kids down, but the weather is just too unpredictable tonight for star gazing.

Attention All Students,
In light of recent events, both national and within our own confines of Hogwarts, the other professors and myself, with the blessing of Headmaster Dippet, have constructed an extra curricular project for the entire student assembly. Just as the Ministries are compelled to uphold the ideals of international magical cooperation, so, too, will you uphold such standards: ones of inter-house cooperation. Participation will be mandatory!
Each student will receive a letter at breakfast tomorrow. Inside will be the name of a fellow student charmed for the reader's eyes only. You will write a supportive letter to said student due by the 8th of December and present a gift to them on the 18th. The names should remain anonymous until the final gift is given. We strongly suggest the use of your imaginations in creating home made cards and crafts.
